Question for pregnant or prior pregnant mama’s

Question: My round ligament pain is very painful this time. In fact, it seems to be getting worse with each pregnancy. I talked with my midwife this morning and she said that I’ve been so stretched and that I have no muscle tone left so my belly is just kind of hanging there. (lovely I know!). Anyways, she suggested one of those belly support bands. I’m wondering has anyone used them and found it to be helpful and if not what have you done to help with round ligament pain?

Brietta gave this recipe to me years ago and it’s still a family favorite. We just had it last night. I love it b/c it’s so good and it makes a LOT. We normally still half the recipe unless guests are coming over.
